Mezzanines and steel platforms
We manufacture steel structures to expand usable space in industrial halls and to provide access to technological equipment. Our platforms and mezzanines are designed and produced with an emphasis on safety, stability and long service life. We supply structures either as individual components for self-assembly or fully assembled on site. We always comply with current standards and guarantee processing quality in accordance with EN 1090-2 (EXC2).
Types of structures
We specialise in three main categories of steel platforms:
- Working platforms: Fixed to machines or production lines. They provide safe access to control panels, inspection windows or maintenance points that would otherwise be inaccessible from the floor.
- Warehouse intermediate floors (mezzanines): Structures that effectively double the warehouse's storage capacity. They utilise the free space above the existing floor for storing materials, components or finished products.
- Pedestrian walkways: Connecting elements between individual platforms or between a platform and the floor. They ensure safe and smooth movement of personnel within the building.
Technical parameters and materials
The load-bearing capacity of structures is determined individually based on customer requirements and intended loading. Standard capacities range from 250 to 500 kg/m², with the exact value always included in the structural calculation.
We supply floor panels in perforated steel (allowing air, light and water to pass through) or solid steel plates (for higher load-bearing capacity and a cleaner appearance). Every delivery also includes staircases and handrails, ensuring full functionality and structural safety in accordance with current regulations.
We design structures taking into account the existing statics of the hall. Anchoring is carried out into the floor or walls of the building using chemical anchors or bolts, with the anchoring method always being part of the project documentation.
Structural design and fabrication
We provide complete static design of the structure. Based on customer input (dimensions, loads, location), we create a design that assesses the stability and strength of the entire system. Manufacturing takes place in our workshop, where steel components are welded and treated.
Surface treatment is carried out by hot-dip galvanising in accordance with EN ISO 1461, ensuring long-term corrosion protection. If required, structures can also be supplied with a powder coating in the specified RAL colour.
Installation and supply
We carry out installation quickly and with minimal disruption to the customer's operations. Our installation teams are accustomed to working in operational facilities, so we comply with safety regulations and strive to minimise noise and dust.
The delivery and installation date will be specified in the individual offer after discussing the parameters. We supply complete documentation, including the certificate of conformity and structural calculation.

What is the minimum height required for installing a mezzanine? The minimum height depends on the type of use and the requirements for clear space under and above the structure. Generally, for storage purposes, sufficient clearance must be provided for both material handling and personnel movement. Exact dimensions will be determined following an on-site inspection.
Can the platform be adapted to an existing machine? Yes, we design custom structures. If the platform is intended for operating a specific machine, we will incorporate openings for cabling, piping or control elements into the design. We adapt the structure so it does not interfere with the machine's operation.
How long does fabrication and installation take? Production time depends on the complexity of the structure and current workshop capacity. Installation usually takes from one to several days, depending on the size and number of structural components. We will gladly provide a precise schedule in our quotation.
